Simon’s commitment to serving his community extends to his work as a public servant and faith leader. Simon is currently running for Hennepin County Attorney.

COMMUNITY ADVOCACY

Simon’s excellent work as an attorney extends to his dutiful community contributions. He is running for Hennepin County Attorney to inspire change and prioritize justice.

In addition to general business representation, Simon helps nonprofit clients obtain and maintain their tax exempt status. He regularly advises nonprofit leaders regarding how to raise and appropriate funds without jeopardizing their tax exempt status. Simon also provides advice and counsel in employment law matters, particularly those that help migrant communities.

Simon is an active member of the North Central University Alumni Board and a board member of the Richfield Foundation. He also serves as an elder in his church.

Simon currently assists and has assisted nonprofit organizations for several years, including educational institutions, religious organizations, and other established and emerging nonprofits. He takes pride in helping nonprofit organizations execute their missions while protecting the interests and reputations of their members, leaders, donors, and constituents.
