Josiah Lindstrom provides clients with legal services in the areas of:

BUSINESS AND NON-PROFITS
Josiah brings more than six years of experience in law and tax in a wide variety of business environments. He has a comprehensive understanding of the U.S. legal system and has addressed implications for transactions, entity structures, audits, and corporate acquisitions for a variety of clients including both closely held corporations and multinationals.
Josiah has assisted with:
- State and federal tax controversy;
- State tax issues in all U.S. states;
- Tax implications of transactions and legal structures;
- Entity formation including shareholder and partnership agreements;
- Protecting intellectual property including trademarks and trade secrets;
- Raising capital; and
- Non-profit law including applications for recognition of tax-exempt purpose.
